Blueberries, banana, orange & coconut milk
Ingredients (1 port)
SmoothieBowl:
2 dl frozen blueberries
1 dl milk Ex: soy milk/ almond milk / coconut milk/ cow milk
1/2 banana
1/2 dl orange juice
2 tsk optional superfood powder
1 inch of fresh ginger
Topping:
Blueberries
Dried Mango
Goji berries
Optional nuts & seeds
Mix all ingredients in a Mixer or with a Hand blender. Top with berries, fruit, nuts and seeds. Good morning!

1/2 banan
1/2 avokado
1/2 dl apelsinjuice
2 tsk optional superfood powder Ex: hampaprotein, maca
1 liten bit färsk ingefära
kanel
Topping:
Färska blåbär
Torkad mango
Gojibär
