Mango, orange, saffron & cranberries
Ingredients (1 port)
SmoothieBowl:
2 dl frozen mango
1/2 dl milk Ex: soymilk/ almond milk/ coconut milk / cow milk
1/2 dl orange juice
1/2 banana
tiny amount of saffron
1 inch of fresh ginger
Topping:
fresh mango
pumpkin seeds
dried cranberry
coconut flakes
Mix all ingredients in a Mixer or with a Hand blender. Top with berries or fruit and granola.

1/2 dl mjölk Ex: sojamjölk/mandelmjölk/kokosmjölk/ekologisk mjölk
1/2 dl apelsinjuice
1/2 banan
knivsudd saffran
1 liten bit färsk ingefära
Topping:
Färsk mango
Pumpakärnor
Torkade tranbär
Kokosflingor
Mixa samtliga ingredienser i en mixer och toppa sedan med bär, nötter och frön.
