Fluffie and wheat-free pancakes. Enjoy with cottage chese and maple syrup or even better coconut cream and fresh berries. The best possible start on a weekend!
Ingredients (4 small)
4 eggs
2 bananas
2 msk coconut/almond flour mald kokosmjöl/mandelmjöl
1/2 tsk ground vanilla bean
Sea salt
Use cold-pressed coconut fat when frying the pancakes alternatively, pure butter
1. Use the hand blender to beat the eggs "fluffie".
2. Add the bananas and mix until thick and pale.
3. Place the flour in the bowl and blend carefully.
4. Pour the mixture into the frying pan on medium heat and fry about 2 minutes on each side.

1/2 tsk vaniljfrön
Lite havssalt
Kallpressad kokosfett till steknig alternativt smör
1. Använd en stavmixer och mixa äggen "fluffigt"
2. Addera bananerna och mixa tills det blir krämigt
3. Vänd ner mjöl och blanda försiktigt
4. Stek banan pannkakorna i stekpanna på medelvärme ca 2 min/sida.
