The Everyday Smoothie Bowl

This is the regular everyday bowl where you can vary berries endlessly, as well as juices and superfood powders.

2 dl frozen berries

1/2 dl milk (Ex: coconut / almond milk)

1/2 dl juice (Ex: freshly squeezed orange / beetroot juice) 

1/2 banana

1/2 avocado

Optional superfood powder: Spirulina, maca, acai etc. 

Topping:

Fresh berries or fruit

Homemade Granola (find my recipe on Supergranola below)

Mix all ingredients in a Mixer or with a Hand blender. Top with berries or fruit and granola.

1/2 dl mjölk (Ex: kokosmjölk / kokosvatten / mandelmjölk / cashewmjölk / havremjölk)

1/2 dl juice (Ex: färskpressad apelsinjuice / rödbetsjuice)

1/2 banan

1/2 avokado

Valfrit superfood pulver (Ex: Spirulina/ maca / acai / hampa) 

Topping:

Färska bär eller frukt

Hemmagjord Granola (Se länk till min Supergranola nedan)

Mixa alla ingredienser i en mixer eller med en stavmixer. Toppa med bär eller frukt och granola.
