Pesto and chicken is a classic deliscious combination and zucchinipasta or zucchininoodles is a great option to regular pasta. I use a spiralizer to make my zoodles and you can also use carrots or beetroot. A spiralizer is an excellent tool to cook creative and fresh food!

3 dl shredded parmesan cheese
1 organic lemon (juice + rind)
1 package rocket salad
1 pot of fresh basil
1 dl olive oil
1 garlic clove
